  3. Burrrr. Wear layers–lots of them. Or just stay inside with a nice fire and some cocoa. This too shall pass.

    My rear end gets so tight when it’s really cold – which for me is not even near your extreme temps – that I can’t ride effectively. Hope things moderate soon! :D
